When you invest in a deal through Open Alpha, you interact with a third-party platform, StationX.network, to facilitate the investment. StationX collects and processes Know Your Customer (KYC) and accreditation information to verify your eligibility as an investor. StationX and its partners securely store this information using zero-knowledge technology, which ensures that your KYC data remains inaccessible to Open Alpha, StationX, or their partners unless explicitly requested by authorities or regulators in connection with compliance obligations.
StationX collects basic identification information such as your name, address, email, and social media links, which is shared with Open Alpha to enable us to render our services. Open Alpha does not collect information about you from other sources outside of your interaction with StationX or Open Alpha’s direct services.
